Related Fields Courses: (A minimum of 12 credits must be taken in related fields.) These courses are selected by the student, in consultation with the advisor, to reflect the interests and career objectives of the student in areas related to, but not including, horticultural science. Such courses might include other agricultural and biological sciences, natural resources, forestry, landscape architecture, geology, agricultural engineering, communications, marketing, and business management.
Integrating Project: [1 credit of Hort 6001 (Master of Agriculture Project Planning) and 2 credits of Hort 6002 (Master of Agriculture Project Implementation)]. The integrating project will be drafted and completed during the student's participation in this 3-credit, course sequence.
