Dr. Fritz is located at the Southern Research and Outreach Center  in Waseca, which is 75 miles south of St. Paul. Working in a field-oriented research program, he focusses on the development of unique vegetable production systems that improve stand establishment and increase production of health-related compounds that are known to offer chemopreventive benefits in the fight against cancer.
