Horticultural Science offers
graduate students a dynamic place to do original research. Our faculty belong
to several programs throughout the University, and our graduate students take
advantage of these connections to meet colleagues in other departments and gain
from their expertise.
Degrees
Graduate students housed in Horticultural Science apply
to a program, and may pursue a Ph.D. or an M.S. degree. We also offer a
professional Master of Agriculture degree for those students interested in pursuing
a career in the horticultural industry, satisfying a personal interest in horticulture, or honing their basic horticultural skills.
